These Terms of Service govern your use of www.snooze.co.uk and your relationship with Snooze Beds Online Limited ("Snooze", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read these terms carefully before placing any orders. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before placing any future orders.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Buyer" – A person or company that purchases or agrees to purchase products from Snooze.
1.2 "Seller" – Refers to Snooze Beds Online Limited
1.3 "Contract" – Any agreement between you and Snooze for the sale of products.
1.4 "Product(s)" – Any items listed for sale on our website.
1.5 "Tailored" – Non-standard products, including custom-size beds or headboards.
1.6 "Address" – Snooze Beds Online Limited, The Guildhall Building, 36 Pinfold Street, Birmingham. B2 4DG.
2. Application of Conditions
2.1 These terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm or dispatch your order.
2.3 If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payments made within 30 days.
2.4 Any errors on our website or marketing materials are subject to correction.
3. Basis of Sale
3.1 By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase. If accepted, a binding contract is formed.
3.2 Only the products explicitly listed in your order are included. Items shown in images for display purposes (e.g., lamps, throws) are not included unless stated.
3.3 The 26" headboard included with some beds is a complimentary gift and not part of the contract.
3.4 We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other manifest errors.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 The price for your order is stated in your order confirmation. However, if our costs increase (e.g., raw materials, labour, taxes, or exchange rates), we may adjust the price. We will notify you in writing. If you disagree with the new price, you may cancel your order within 7 days and receive a full refund.
4.2 Payment must be made in full before delivery.
4.3 If payment is overdue, interest will accrue daily from the due date at 2% above HSBC's base rate.
4.4 If a pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to fulfil the order and will issue a refund.
Klarna Payments: To offer Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data (e.g., contact and order details) with Klarna. Klarna uses this data to determine your eligibility and tailor payment options. Your data is handled according to Klarna's Privacy Policy.
5. Product Descriptions
5.1 Product descriptions are accurate at the time of listing.
5.2 We reserve the right to improve or alter specifications without notice, as long as quality is not affected.
6. Warranties & Liabilities
6.1 Products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This applies to purchases made on or after 12 September 2023.
- For purchases between 13 March 2022 and 11 September 2023, the warranty period is 3 years.
- For purchases before 13 March 2022, the warranty period is 1 year.
6.2 If you discover a defect, contact us within a reasonable time. We may inspect the item or send it for independent testing.
6.3 The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Wilful damage, negligence, or misuse
- Abnormal working conditions
- Failure to follow our written storage or usage instructions
6.4 If a product does not conform to the warranty, we will, within 30 days of examining the defective product, either repair or replace it (or the defective part) free of charge, at our option.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery charges displayed on our website are accurate at the time of purchase.
7.2 We deliver only to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. We do not deliver to:
- The Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands
- Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland
- Certain parts of Scotland and other remote area witin the United Kingdom
7.3 Your order will be delivered to the address specified at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once delivered to that address, delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for confirming the identity of the person accepting delivery.
7.4 Delivery dates and times will be confirmed via email after your order is placed, subject to availability.
7.5 If your order contains multiple items, they will typically be delivered together once all items are ready.
7.6 If a delivery date has been confirmed but no one is available to receive it, a £95 failed delivery fee will be charged.
7.7 If the products you ordered are unavailable or discontinued and cannot be delivered within an agreed timeframe, we will cancel your order and refund any payment within 30 days of the original expected delivery date.
7.8 Products may be delivered earlier than the quoted delivery date, provided we notify you in advance.
7.9 Deliveries are carried out by our two-man, room-of-choice service, where the team will deliver your items to the room you choose, where access allows.
7.10 All deliveries must be signed for. We do not deliver to unattended addresses.
7.11 If you have selected our assembly service:
- We deliver to your chosen room, unpack, and assemble your bed (where selected).
- We do not remove or dispose of packaging – please keep it safe in case you need to return the item.
7.12 For business addresses, delivery acceptance by anyone on-site is considered valid. We are not liable once items are signed for at the specified address.
7.13 For in-stock items, you can choose your delivery date at checkout.
7.14 'Next day' delivery products are delivered by a one-man courier to your front door or lobby only. Couriers are not insured to enter private premises, so you must arrange assistance for moving or positioning the product.

7.16 Our delivery teams will not remove or move existing furniture. You are responsible for clearing space and disposing of any unwanted items.
7.17 Standard delivery is to your doorstep or room of choice (where eligible), or just inside your front door. For apartments or flats, this means delivery to the ground floor lobby only, unless you have selected our assembly service.
7.18 If you have selected the assembly service, our team will take your items to your chosen room, provided it is safely accessible. We can carry items up to one floor via stairs. For deliveries above the first floor, a working lift must be available. If we arrive and there is no lift access beyond the first floor (and assembly was selected), a £95 delivery surcharge will apply.
7.19 Assembly is not included unless specifically booked. Third-party couriers do not provide assembly services. Please prepare for delivery by clearing the area and laying down protective coverings if needed.
7.21 For health and safety reasons, our drivers cannot remove their shoes during delivery. Please use floor coverings in advance to protect your flooring.
7.22 Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for visible damage. If you see damage, sign as "Damaged" on the driver's PDA. If you haven't inspected it, sign as "Unchecked".
8. Acceptance of Goods
8.1 Inspect your item upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery form or driver's device before signing.
8.2 If you discover damage after unpacking, notify us within 48 hours via email, phone, or our support page.
8.3 Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, so please check your items promptly.
9. Risk and Title
9.1 Ownership of the products does not pass to you until we have received full payment in cleared funds for the products and any other amounts you owe us.
9.2 We reserve the right to recover payment for the products even if ownership has not yet transferred.
9.3 You are not permitted to use, sell, or dispose of the products until full ownership has passed.
10. Insolvency and Termination
10.1 This clause applies if:
- You make a voluntary arrangement with creditors, become subject to an administration order, are declared bankrupt (if an individual), or go into liquidation (if a company, other than for amalgamation or reconstruction).
- An encumbrancer takes possession of, or a receiver is appointed over, any of your property or assets.
- You (if not a consumer) cease or threaten to cease carrying on business.
- We reasonably believe any of the above is about to occur and notify you accordingly.
10.2 If any of the above applies, we may, without affecting any other rights or remedies:
- Cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries without liability to you.
- Require immediate payment of any outstanding amounts, regardless of previous payment terms.
11. General
11.1 Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, power outages, machinery breakdown, shortage of raw materials, or import/export restrictions (including failure to obtain permits). The affected party is entitled to a reasonable extension of time.
11.2 If such events continue for more than 30 days, you may terminate the contract by giving us written notice.
11.3 Any notice required under these terms must be in writing. Notices to us should be sent to our registered address; notices to you should be sent to the address provided at the time of order.
11.4 Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights.
12. Cancellations and Returns
12.1 We offer a 60-day return and refund window from the date of delivery. This does not apply to custom or made-to-order products (e.g., non-standard bed or headboard sizes), which are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

12.3 A £95 collection fee applies to all returns, including change-of-mind or exchanges (e.g., for a different size or colour). Our delivery charges are also non-refundable. The fee will be deducted from your refund. You may alternatively arrange your own return to: Please ask for a delivery address.
12.4 All returned items must be in reasonable, resaleable condition. If the item is returned with damage (e.g., stains, tears, or structural issues), we may deduct up to 85% of the product's value from the refund.
12.5 If you selected assembly services, original packaging may be removed during setup. If you later decide to return the item, you are responsible for sourcing suitable packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging if you plan to test the product first. If you no longer have it, contact us via email to request replacement packaging (next-day delivery available, chargeable). A photo of the fully packaged item is required before collection can be arranged.
12.6 Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear after processing.
12.7 If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions (e.g., narrow hallways, staircases, or doorways), you will be responsible for a £95 failed delivery/return fee. Assembly and delivery fees are also non-refundable if the item cannot be delivered or assembled due to access limitations.
12.8 You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 5 working days before your scheduled delivery date, with a cut-off time of 12:00 PM. For example:
- If your delivery is scheduled for Thursday the 5th, you can cancel up to Tuesday the 3rd at 12:00 PM.
- If your delivery is scheduled for Monday, the cancellation cut-off is Thursday at 12:00 PM (weekends are not working days).
If you cancel after the 12:00 PM cut-off, a £95 cancellation fee applies, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Made-to-order items: A 75% cancellation fee applies to custom or made-to-order products if cancelled after production has started.
13. Proper Law of Contract
13.1 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. Data Protection
15.1 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure. However, unless due to our negligence, we shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to information you supply.
15.2 Please note: We do not store any credit card information on our website.
16. Complaints and Disputes

Liability Waiver for Assembly Service
We offer a professional assembly service. By agreeing to use this service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
We shall not be held liable for any damage that may occur during the process of taking the products into your room of choice and assembling them. Although we take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage, the large and bulky nature of these items presents inherent risks.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from damage to walls, floors, doorframes, or other property during delivery or assembly, unless such damage is caused by our negligence. We recommend clearing the delivery path and laying protective floor coverings before our team arrives.
Liability Waiver for Assembly Service
Snooze Beds Online Limited ("Snooze", "we", "our") offers a professional assembly service. By booking this service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Responsibility for clear access
You are responsible for ensuring a clear, safe, and unobstructed path from your entrance to the room where the product will be assembled. Please remove any hazards, obstructions, or fragile items before our team arrives.
2. Inherent risks
Due to the size and weight of our products, moving and assembling them carries inherent risks. While our team will exercise reasonable care and skill, we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur to walls, floors, doorframes, or other property during the process.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snooze Beds Online Limited shall not be held liable for any damage that occurs during delivery or assembly, unless caused by our negligence. You release and indemnify Snooze Beds Online Limited, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses) arising from the assembly service.
4. Pre-existing damage
We recommend inspecting your property and the products before assembly begins. If you notice any existing damage, please document it and report it to us before we start work.
5. Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue assembly if, in our professional judgment, the safety of our personnel or the integrity of your property or the product is at risk.
6. Acceptance
By using our assembly service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
